Product Designer – AI-Native Experience Design
Design intuitive, user-centred experiences for AI and agentic products, turning complex systems into interfaces people trust. Ideal for designers passionate about shaping how AI feels in the hands of real users.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for AI-native and agentic products, from flows to polished UI.
- Turn complex, probabilistic AI behaviour into interfaces people understand and trust.
- Prototype, test, and refine with real user feedback.
- Move fast with AI-assisted design tools — using Figma Make, UX Pilot, Lovable and generative tools like ChatGPT or Claude to explore concepts and prototype quickly.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of user-centred product design across web or mobile.
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping, with a systems mindset for ambiguity and edge cases.
- Comfort in an AI-assisted design workflow — using tools like Figma Make, UX Pilot, Lovable and generative tools like ChatGPT or Claude to explore, generate, and iterate faster.
- Understanding of AI and agentic products and their emerging interaction patterns.
- Ability to collaborate tightly with engineering in a fast, iterative environment.
